The fourth encounter of the International Advisory Board is held this year in Sao Paulo (Brazil), from 2nd to 5th November.
On the first day of the encounter the members of the Advisory Board meet with chefs and producers from Brazil to have a day where they can share and reflect together on "Biodiversity and the role of Cuisine".
On the following day the members of the Board will discuss and share the conclusions of the encounter with the chefs and producers of Brazil and they will make a presentation at the Mesa Congress that is held in Sao Paulo at the same time.
The members of the International Advisory Board that will attend the encounter are: Gastón Acurio, Ferrán Adriá, Yukio Hattori, Alex Atala, Michel Bras, Joan Roca and Enrique Olvera.
Rodolfo Guzmán is the guest chef this year at the meeting of the Basque Culinary Center Advisory Board in Sao Paulo.
